At the ninth annual Inspiring Women of Iowa luncheon on May 9, 2025, we'll honor 16 finalists and celebrate the Courage, Confidence, and Character Award recipients as well as individuals of any gender who make up the community of support around them - Inspiring Advocates for Women.

meet our 2025 event chair!

Tina Smothers is the Owner of Integrated Asset Management-IAM, LLC. Tina is a dedicated mother of three, wife, business owner, real estate investor, and mentor, and is a passionate advocate for Suicide & Mental Health Awareness. She actively supports small Iowa woman-owned businesses. With 27 years of experience in property management and real estate, Tina started as a leasing agent and has evolved into a successful entrepreneur. Notable achievements include co-founding GIAA, earning NAAEI certification, CAM & CAPS designations, and obtaining a broker's license. In 2019, Tina acquired her alma mater, transforming it into workforce housing. Tina's true fulfillment lies in uplifting those around her and giving back to the community whenever possible, making her a standout figure in both her professional and philanthropic endeavors. Tina is a proud Girl Scout Alum and was the 2023 recipient of the Inspiring Advocate for Women Award.
